What is the best way to run a code in the developing world?

Don’t run one! We usually do not have the proper equipment or personnel to be successful.

Well, should we just let the patient die? No, that is not what I am implying. We need to be more aggressive with the disease initially. I have reviewed too many deaths that could have been averted with more hydration, quicker use of antibiotics, more effective use of oxygen or better parental education.

So, the best way to run a code in the developing world is?

Just prevent it from happening.
